Q. So how do I request a logo from you? A. Please choose from the options available on the LOGO DESIGN page or the SOCIAL MEDIA & ETSY GRAPHIC SET page. If you are unsure as to which option to select please email me for a no obligation quote. Once you have chosen an option please take a look at the LOGO CHECKLIST page for guidance then email me. I will then contact you via email to confirm that I have received your request and once a design timescale has been agreed & I have a good understanding of your requirements the design process will begin. You will of course be kept informed throughout and I welcome any input you may have at any stage to ensure your logo will be just right for you and your brand. It is important to me that a client is totally happy with their design so I offer up to FIVE FREE* revisions until payment has been received and the final files are released to the client. Please bear in mind that unfortunately there is no such thing as a 'one size fits all' logo as different platforms require different sizing so please ensure you state where your logo will be used so your finished design will be sized correctly 😀 Q. What is your design process? A. My design process starts first of all with me researching and getting a good understanding and feel for your brand. I love working alongside my clients and welcome any input and appreciate your own thoughts and ideas, colours, likes, dislikes & theme etc to ensure your logo is tailor made to your requirements. Of course if you don't have an initial vision for your design I am more than happy for you to leave the design process with me. The next stage is for me to grab my pens and start sketching a design on paper! Once I'm happy with the initial concept It is time for me to transfer the sketched image to the computer ready to digitise and manipulate the artwork into a scalable vector image. Logos may include my own hand-drawn illustrations, or other high quality royalty free vector images depending on suitability for the design. After, I will tweak, alter, add colour and being the perfectionist that I am, I will tweak some more until I'm totally satisfied with the end results. Every logo I produce is tailor made and designed from scratch to suit each client. No templates are used & none of my logos are pre-made so you can be assured that your logo will be totally unique to your brand or service. Q. Will my logo be re-used by you for another client? A. All logos designed by myself will never be re-used in anyway. I do not use any templates and all logos will be designed from scratch. Q. How will I receive my logo? A. All communication will be via email. Clients will receive by email a draft for approval at each stage of the process. All draft files will contain my copyright watermark for design protection which will be removed on the final files. Q. What format will I receive my logo in? A. The final logo files you receive will be sent to you via email in the following formats:
IMPORTANT: No physical files are received by the client at any time. All logos are digital files and are sent via email only. Q. What is the timescale for a logo design? A. If you have a timescale in mind for your logo please do let me know otherwise I aim to begin the design process within 24 hours after communication. Q. How do I pay? A. Payment will be required by PayPal at the final design stage. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you by email for the amount agreed depending on your design option or quote. Once payment has been received the final files will be released & emailed to you. * Further revisions will incur a small charge of £1.00p per alteration. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED AND RECEIVED YOUR FINAL FILES NO REVISIONS WILL BE MADE AND REFUNDS GIVEN. |
